Chancellor on the Move - Spring 2012

Chancellor and President Ann Stuart celebrated the 100th birthday of donor Florence A. Doswell, seated center, with nursing faculty and students at the TWU Houston J. and Florence A. Doswell College of Nursing in Dallas. TWU nursing students gave Mrs. Doswell 100 birthday cards to commemorate the occasion.

Chancellor and President Dr. Ann Stuart hosted a luncheon honoring Florence A. Doswell, who recently gave $3 million to TWU's new T. Boone Pickens Institute of Health Sciences-Dallas Center. TWU's college of nursing in Dallas will be named The Houston J. and Florence A. Doswell College of Nursing in honor of this gift.
